SHIPPING POLICY
When can I expect to receive my shipment?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days after the order is placed.
For products fulfilled from our CN warehouse, estimated delivery time is approximately 45–60 natural days after dispatch, depending on customs procedures, carrier operations, and destination-country logistics conditions.
Before placing a CN warehouse order, please review the “Global Fulfillment Series” notice available on our homepage for important shipping and fulfillment information.
Please note that international shipments may occasionally experience delays due to Customs clearance, inspections, transportation disruptions, or local carrier processing. Actual delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided in your Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
You may use the tracking number to track your shipment via: 17TRACK
Please note that tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment, especially during international transit or customs processing.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we do ship worldwide. But in case your country may not be supported by our logistics, we will inform you right away and make necessary changes to your order. To know more about our destination listings, contact us via [email protected]. How can I change my Shipping Address?
Changing of address is only allowed on or before 9:30am-12:00am, 1:30pm-6:00pm, GMT+8 on the same day of placing an order. You may contact us via [email protected] to request for such changes.
Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?
Yes, it is possible.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
